Krystal speaking at the NGO forum at the Geneva Welcome Center. Each delegate spoke about their personal journey and role in the delegation. Krystal then went into a working group of young people to determine ways that we can continue to highlight Children’s Rights.

CREATE Foundation is the peak body representing the voices of all children and young people in out-of-home care.

As a national organisation CREATE is better able to increase its reach to children and young people in care through its programs and events. As an advocate for children and young people in care CREATE ensures that their voices are heard by key decision makers in government and out-of-home care sector stakeholders.

Our mission is to create a better life for children and young people in care.

CREATE does this through:

Connecting children and young people to each other, CREATE and their Community.

Empowering children and young people to build self-confidence, self-esteem, and skills that enable them to have a voice and be heard.

Changing the care system, in consultation with children and young people, through advocacy to improve policies, practices and services, and increasing community awareness.
